Is it free?
For your first 30 days, yes: every new account gets everything, no credit card required. After that, Plus ($9.99 for a year, one payment) keeps you adding activities and hours, goals and your college plan, and makes your hours documents: portfolio PDF and share links, hours form, Congressional Award Record Book worksheet, verified record, brag sheet, evidence uploads and the Common App writer. The Full package ($19.99) adds essay feedback, weekly AI steps, the counselor packet and academic record PDFs, the calendar subscription and the family view. Without a plan you can still see, download and delete everything you entered.
How does individual billing work?
Plus is $9.99 and the Full package $19.99, each for a full year for one student, paid once through Stripe. If you have Plus, you can upgrade to Full for $10 for the rest of your Plus year. It does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Extend from the Billing page whenever you like. Counseling several students? That is what the counselor plan is for. Clubs, troops and schools have organization plans, and their members never pay: the plan covers them.
How does counselor billing work?
Every counselor gets 30 days free for up to 25 students, with no card. Then it is $199 a year for up to 25 students or $399 for up to 75, paid once through Stripe, with no auto-renew. Students never pay, and every student you invite gets the Full package while your free month or plan runs. Congressional Award advisors and volunteer mentors are free for up to 10 students.
How does billing work for clubs, troops and schools?
Only the owner or an admin is billed, once a year, and the plan renews each year until it is canceled. The plan depends on how many members you have: up to 30 members is $39, up to 100 is $99, up to 250 is $199. Photo and certificate uploads are included in every plan. Members themselves never pay. Over 250 members? Email team@myawardtracker.com for an Enterprise plan.
What happens if my org grows past its tier cap?
When you invite the 31st member to a Small organization, we ask the owner to move up to the Medium plan first. The new plan starts right away. Past 250 members we set up an Enterprise plan with you.
What happens when my year ends?
You can still see, download and delete everything. Adding new records, the documents, sharing (share links, calendar, family view) and AI help pause until you renew. Your records stay until you delete them, for up to 3 years after your last payment (or sign-up if you never paid). We email you 30 days before anything is deleted, with a link to download it all.
I signed up before November 2026. What changes for me?
Accounts made before November 1, 2026 keep everything open until November 30, 2026, including the documents and the college tools. From December 1, adding new records needs Plus. Your records stay yours to see and download either way.
