These terms apply to your use of My Award Tracker at myawardtracker.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information, including the activities and hours you record.
Free plan, Plus and payment
- Free plan: logging activities and hours, goals, streaks and reminders are free. New accounts also get Plus free for 30 days. No card is required.
- Plus: $9.99, paid once, for 365 days of the portfolio PDF and share links, evidence uploads and family reports for one student. It does not renew automatically. You can buy another year at any time from the Billing page.
- Organization plans: billed yearly to the organization owner or admin through Stripe, and renew each year until canceled. Members do not pay.
- Invite rewards and gifts: when a friend joins with your invite link and logs their first completed activity, you each get 30 days of Plus (up to 12 months a year per member). Gift codes give 365 days of Plus and work once. Reward days have no cash value, and we may change or end the invite program at any time.
- Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- If something went wrong with a payment, email team@myawardtracker.com within 30 days and we will work with you on a refund.
Your content
You own the records and files you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to run the service for you and, where you choose, for your organizations. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Organizations
Organization owners and admins control their organization's members, roles, channels, and settings, including how long chat messages are kept (30 days by default). Messages older than the retention period are deleted automatically.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or harassing content.
- Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service.
- Do not misrepresent hours or awards in records you share with others.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Service availability
We work to keep My Award Tracker available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from Dashboard → Account → Your data, or by emailing team@myawardtracker.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and notify account holders before they take effect.
