Know who is on track before the deadline does.
Your students log service hours, goals and Congressional Award progress. You see all of it in one panel, the ones falling behind first, and keep families in the loop with a weekly summary.

Less chasing, more counseling
Built for independent counselors, school counselors, Congressional Award advisors and mentors.
My students, at a glance
Last log, hours, goals and Congressional Award progress for every student. The ones falling behind come first.
Who needs a nudge
No log in 14 days, behind the weekly pace for a goal, or an overdue task: the panel says why, in plain words.
Tasks they tick off
Give a task with a due date. The student gets a notification, sees it on their dashboard and checks it off; you hear back.
Private notes
Meeting notes and next steps for each student, seen only by you and your team.
Weekly summary for families
Read a short summary of the week, add a line, and send it to the student and their family. Replies come to you.
Congressional Award ready
Hours by area and months of activity for every level, from the Bronze Certificate to the Gold Medal.
Ready before your next session
Start your workspace
Create a free account and name your counseling practice. It takes a minute, no card needed.
Invite your students
Add their emails. The invitation tells them exactly what they share with you before they accept.
Check in each week
Open the panel, nudge who is behind, give a task or two and send the weekly summary.
They choose to share, and they can stop any time
The invitation says exactly what you will see. Nothing is shared until the student accepts.

Congressional Award advisor or volunteer mentor?
It's free. See up to 10 students' hours by area, months of activity and goals, and verify the hours they send you so their Record Book is ready.
What counselors ask us
Do my students pay?
No. Students join free, and while your free month or plan runs, every student you invite gets the Full package: the hours forms, verified record, portfolio and the college tools.
What do students share with me, and can they stop?
When they last logged, their hours, goals and Congressional Award progress, and the title, date and hours of each activity. Descriptions, reflections, files and essays stay private. A student can stop sharing at any time; your notes and tasks for them are removed too.
How does the free month work?
Every counselor gets 30 days free for up to 25 students, with no card. Then it is $199 a year for 25 students or $399 for 75.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Each plan is one payment for a year. We email you before it ends, and you decide.
I advise for the Congressional Award or mentor students as a volunteer. Do I pay?
No. Advisors and mentors get the student panel and hour verification free, for up to 10 students. Tasks, private notes, weekly summaries and the Full package for students come with the counselor plan.
